For our investors, we offer several strategies from a quick
return, medium term return and a long term return.
Short-term investment 6 to 12 months is money secured against the property in the way of a mortgage with interest paid, this can done with Retirement saving plans, other tax free savings by self directing your investment plan or cash, we use a 3rd party company that takes care of this for your peace of mind.
Medium-term 6 to 36 months again secured against the property and at the end we split the profits based on ownership share in the project.
Long-term 5+ years, we own the property together and we take care of the property management and all the day-to-day running of the property. We split the net monthly cashflow, if we ever sell or refinance, we split based on ownership.

He overcame academic setbacks in high school to forge a successful career as a licensed electrician, ultimately establishing and managing a thriving electrical contracting business. Mr. Wright's academic pursuits include earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering and a Master of Science in Machine Neuroscience, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and technological innovation. Furthermore, Darren Wright has received recognition as an accomplished Real Estate investor, with a diverse portfolio that includes house flipping and the acquisition of small multi-family rental properties. Following a personal setback involving the sale of his real estate holdings due to a divorce, Mr. Wright embarked on a fresh entrepreneurial endeavor. In collaboration with his wife, Dorothy, he founded Infinite Properties Inc., a company focused on acquiring and managing multi-family apartment buildings through strategic joint venture partnerships. Infinite Properties actively employs the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) model to identify investment opportunities. The company is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the investment process, from property acquisition and renovation management to comprehensive property management and accounting for all partners involved.
Dorothy Wright is the Director of Management and Operations of Infinite Properties Inc. She has been an entrepreneur for more than two decades where she was involved in the oprations abd management side of several businesses.
Dorothy brings enthusiasm, decision making expertise, in depth business understanding and remarkable work ethris to each and every transaction. She never misses an opportunity to deliver exeptional service to all of her clients. She's dedicated to listening intently to help individuals or families find the right properties that best suit their particlur needs. Her guiding princlple and way of life in this business are to build a good relationship with clients.
When she's not doing real estate, Dorothy, enjoys woodworking and building furniture, caring for and riding her horses and traveling. She also regularly attends and actively participates in Church and other community events that help other people.
